Richard has been involved in real estate since 1974 and real estate appraising since 1980. He is the President of the Appraisers Group, which he founded in 1983. The company provides real estate valuation and consulting services to the banking and legal professions as well as to a broad-based regional and local business clientele. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In addition, he has provided expert testimony for estate and tax matters, ad valorem tax issues, family law, and cases involving the diminution of property value.

Morgan manages all legal services. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of all types of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, developable land, residential subdivisions, mixed-use property, residential and commercial redevelopments. He has provided expert testimony for estate and tax matters, ad valorem tax issues, family law, and cases involving the diminution of property value.

Lisa has managed the commercial valuation department for The Appraisers Group since 1996. She is responsible for communicating with a variety of lending institutions throughout all aspects of the appraisal process and coordinating the commercial staff in completing a large volume of appraisal reports. She also prepares and reviews commercial appraisals for a variety of property types including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, and residential developments, as well as special use properties such as car washes.

Marcus has worked as a commercial appraiser since 1997. His appraisal experience includes the valuation of all types of commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail, multi-family residential, developable land, residential subdivisions, mixed-use property, net leased assets, residential and commercial redevelopments, and special use properties such as churches and schools.
